Dear Patients,

We regret to inform you, due to unexpected circumstances, Dr.Soltani's practice will be closing at this location at  the end of November 2025. Dr Rezaei and Dr Ahmadi will be relocating to separate clinics. We have shared more details, including next steps for patients, in an email sent out on August 27, 2025. Please refer to that email for full information about these changes and what they mean for your care. Please check spam/junk folder.
