Notice of Relocation and Service Update

 

 

Dear Patients,

 

We are excited to inform you that we will be moving back to our previous location at Unit 6-2755 Lougheed Highway starting December 13, 2024. However, please be aware that due to administrative issues, our in-person services may be temporarily interrupted until the end of the year. During this time, we will continue to offer phone and virtual visits.

 

We highly encourage you to use our email service as the best way to reach out during this transition, as our phone services may be intermittently unavailable due to the move.
